Crowd was really good. They come in late

Pre-race up on the infield stage, they introduced Eddie Sachs, Jr., Sherry MacDonald (Dave MacDonald's widow) and she and Dave's son, Rich. It was said that this was the first time Sherry had been back to Indianapolis since Dave's and Eddie's passing in 1964.

Then Cindy Elliott waved the green flag after we all honored Tony.

This year's Memorial Day Weekend officially kicked off right then and there for me.
