:2:When I was younger my buddies wnated to get even w/ this old man in the neighborhood. They took a brown grocery sack, a cow pie, & a lighter. They put the combination together lit the sack & rang the door bell. Any body got this chicks address. Praying for Shane everyday.

Tuesday, October 12th *Updated*

Many thanks for your continued support and offering you prayers for Shane and his family. We have seen such an enormous out pouring of support from this community and it is certainly appreciated.

Shane underwent his second surgery yesterday afternoon and fared very well. He is resting and his family has expressed their optimism for the results of the procedure.

The Hmiel Family has also asked that we provide you with a link to a newly created FaceBook page devoted to providing the latsest updates on Shane's progress. Please visit this link here: Shane Hmiel - Road to Recovery

As we realize that some of you may not have access to Facebook, we will also do our best to provide you with updates as we learn more.

Is there an news on Shane's surgey and his condition? I met Shane at ORP earlier this year and was in turn 3 at Terre Haute last Saturday and continue to think about him. He is in my thoughts and prayers. Any update would be appreciated.
