This is true. He never said he's retiring, he's just not running the full WoO tour after this year. He'll be back in the TSR car next year and if I had to bet I'd say the Kings Royal will be on the schedule.
I got a few picks. Sweet, Madsen, Saldana. My guess is that none of the old fellas like The King, Sammy or Jac will stand a chance. One of them might not even make the main.

According to TSR, Kinser will be back in the TSR 11 next year. I wasn't throwing out random bs rumors, but I guess I should have elaborated on where I got my info.
