I found what causing it! It's not specific to IOW. Sites all across the internet are experiencing the same the issue.

Seems like if using safari I need to tap twice. In chrome only once...if that makes any sense.

On my iPhone yes, iPad, no. Off topic, but this site is almost perfect for posting live updates! Quick and easy to post.
