*BREAKING NEWS*
Jason Leffler, a NASCAR Driver from Long Beach, California, and a former USAC Champion, has been involved in a serious accident this evening at Bridgeport Speedway behind the wheel of a 410 Sprint Car.
Due to the seriousness of the accident, Leffler has been transported to a local hospital. An official statement concerning his condition or the extent of his injuries has not yet been released. Because of this, the remainder of tonight's event at the speedway has been cancelled.
Please keep speculation and rumors to yourselves out of respect to Jason Leffler, his family, friends and his crew. When further information is available we will keep you updated. All of us here at RPW send our prayers and best wishes to Jason and hope for a full and speedy recovery. - Matt Noles
