Must be, even puts in a period every time he stops to catch up. 🙄

The production seemed well organized and efficient. I think the feature ended before 10 PM Indy time.

The production on Flo was good. Dillon Welch and ? were very informative without talking too much IMO.

I guess I don’t understand the resistance to this production/operation/League IF they stick with their midweek plan. It pays good money to win and start, and provides an opportunity for racers to cash an extra check that wouldn’t be available to them otherwise. And again, IF they stick to their stated plan of attempting to bring the product to locations that don’t traditionally run sprint cars, it MIGHT make some new fans. Not sure what I’m missing that makes this such a bad thing!
I think some of the complaining is rooted in the idea that people truly cherish traditional sprint cars. Yet it seems the wing cars continue to race for significantly more money even on a one night show in the heart of traditional sprint cars. Much of this is representative of name recognition and marketing surpassing quality. Very typical of many aspects of life today.

Tell me more. This guy isn’t a professional racer, he’s out there as a hobby. Should he really expect to be paid for his hobby? If it’s his job, wouldn’t he ask what he is going to be paid and know what to expect no matter where he finishes?

I’ve never done a job in my life hoping they paid me what I wanted for the job. I knew what I was being paid before I ever loaded up my tools and went to work.

Pay them all $1,000 and give the winner a bigger trophy? What do you guys want, everyone to get a ribbon or a gold star? I’m sorry but not everyone deserves the same pay. It’s a race, the first one to the checkered flag is the winner and should be paid accordingly.

I didn't know that, he and his wife used to hang around Jack at Terre Haute.
