I just saw a release on SpeedSport that the July 4 weekend at IMS will be run without fans and that the BC39 Midget event has been cancelled. Apparently, Marion County isn't meeting the necessary milestones to open things up for fans by that weekend.

Admittedly i’ve not studied Indiana’s reopening plans in detail, but is it possible a person could rent out the IMS dirt track for “testing” and forget to lock the gate?
