‘07 Knoxville Midget Nats & Final Knox Cup Events Headline This Week’s Highlights

New York, NY, 4/17/08 – This week’s edition of the Knoxville Highlights on Race/Network include the final 2007 Knoxville Championship Cup event. The 360 Championship Cup had some serious drama unfold as Bryan Dobesh was within reach of the title as he entered the 360 A Feature. Check out the 9/1/07 360 A-Feature to see if he got the job done.

In the 410's, Brian Brown had the Championship secure as he entered the A-Feature. Calvin Landis won for the 2nd time of the season making him one to watch for the 2008 410 Championship Cup. The 2008 Season starts this Saturday night, April 19th. Take advantage of some of the great promotions the track is offering this season and plan on attending.

Also in the Highlights this week are the King Doodlebug and Knoxville Midget Nationals. The Knoxville Raceway is a big 1/2 mile and it took its toll on many of the midgets. Darren Hagen was patient during his King Doodlebug win. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. was the class of the field in the Midget Nationals final. As always, all these 2007 highlights are completely free to members.

I had forgot how bad Brad Loyett's crash really was! Hopefully the car crash count will be lower in 2008.
