Disregarding when the announcement is going to be made. Any ideas as to what the big announcement could be?

STEWART SELECTS DREAM WEEKEND FOR MAJOR ELDORA ANNOUNCEMENT

ROSSBURG, OH (April 15) – Tony Stewart, Eldora Speedway owner and two-time NASCAR Sprint Cup champion has chosen Saturday night’s (June 7) opening ceremonies of the Dirt Late Model Dream as the backdrop for a major announcement and revelation.

“This is BIG, and unprecedented” commented Stewart, “and I can’t wait”.

While he remains tight-lipped about what will transpire, he has hinted that it centers around the rich heritage and history of Eldora Speedway, along with its original and former owners, Earl and Berneice Baltes.

Continued Stewart, “the history of Eldora is legendary and unparalleled; this announcement will be focused around it.”

Stewart selected the Dream because of its stature.

“The Dirt Late Model Dream is perfect. It has an impact among dirt Late Model racing with its unequalled $100,000 to win payday, has a large field of entrants and plays to a huge throng of loyal fans. I couldn’t think of a better scene.”

He concluded with a quick, “this is one event you won’t want to miss, I promise”.

Complete event and ticket information regarding the Dirt Late Model Dream may be obtained by browsing the Eldora website www.eldoraspeedway.com or by calling the speedway office at (937) 338.3815

There will be a dirt ARCA race?

The actual Eldora Museum will be opened?

Who knows.

Chuck, who doubts they can fit the 150 thou and start 43 for a actual Nascar Dirt race.

Just a thought but how about maybe they are going to re-name the speedway in Earl's honor?
