Hope to see everyone this Saturday, May 18th at Lucas Oil Raceway for the 2nd Annual "Hall of Fame Classic" featuring not only the USAC Hall of Fame induction ceremony but also 100-Lap Traxxas Silver Crown Feature and 50-Lap Top Speed Modified Feature.
Any ticket purchased will get fans into the pits until 7pm!
This Saturday night's USAC "Hall of Fame Classic" at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis, Ind. will create lifetime memories for race fans as the second annual "Hall of Fame" inductions celerate the great history of USAC. Drivers, Johnny Rutherford, Bobby and Al Unser, Jack Hewitt, Tom Bigelow, Pancho Carter, Tony Bettenhausen and Don White, plus race organizer Earl Baltes, official Henry Banks, mechanic A.J. Watson and car owner Bob Wilke comprise the 2013 Hall of Fame inductees who will be honored that night.
Race fans will have an opportunity to get autographs of USAC's newest Hall of Fame members during a special session between 6:30 and 7:30, prior to the actual induction ceremonies.
Then, to cap off the evening, the USAC Traxxas Silver Crown machines take to the .686-mile paved oval for a spectacular 100-lap contest sure to provide a memorable racing experience. Grandstand ticket holders will also be allowed pit access during the event, a new 2013 feature.
It's all part of the Indy experience in the month of May and the race kicks off the 2013 TRAXXAS Silver Crown season and one of America's premiere facilities! The Top Speed modifieds are also on the bill.
