Winter's Rear End Repair?

I have a Winter's Quick Change in a modified that I'm hoping can be repaired. A side impact crash drove the fuel cell into the back of the rear end. It broke one of the rear cover bolts off and took a small chunk out of the center section of the rear end, right in front of the rear cover where the bolt broke. I'm curious if this can be repaired, if so, how it can be repaired, and if anyone in Indiana does this. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Bill will fix it if there is any way it can be fixed.

I'm sure you are going to need a new center section from the way you describe what happened.

Depending on how much wear it had previously, it should be an easy fix, the housing is easy to weld, and the bolt/stud replacement will be up to the owner, even if it turns out you can't replace the stud, it isn't that critical to the function of the center section, based on that, I wouldn't think a center section would need replaced, lots of guys don't use all of them anyway.
