gsxr 750 wiring

i have a 2008 gsxr 600 fuel injected but the garage burnt and the bike was in it. all the electronics under the tank are still good but the big black box under the seat and the 3 little fuse looking things along with the wiring that is hooked to them burnt. is there any way to get it to run with out perhaps shorten the harness. i am going to put it on a mini sprint. any sugestions greatly app sorry about the confusion it is a 08 600
