thanks for sharing!!! I saw Jud drive many times when I was a young kid but, didn't know much about his personal side. Very interesting!! Thanks again!!

I remember jud was one of the best when he wanted to be. Is this Larson kid running now any relation ? He sure has the gift also.

I've go t sideview framed picture of Jud driving Willie Davis's sprint car at Terre Haute hanging in my bedroom. I sigh every time i look at it!

I remember being at Olympic Stadium in Kansas City in 1963 when Jud started his return to racing. The guy was really hungry and drove the wheels off the car but took too many chances and ended not finishing the race. Still remember they made a promoter decision to let 5 cars start in the trophy dash for Jud. He drove like a man possessed and won the trophy.

I didn't care for the reference to native Americans.
