By the way as far as I know Dave did not buy the ride out from under Dickie.

I was not making an apology and was not trying to put Dave in a spot. I was only asking if what i heard was true. Your last choice of words was much better. Thank you

Sorry, my comment wasn't directed at hearing aids. I know Jerry's sense of humor and it got the best of me. Although i have 4 kids here and the ages are 7, 9, 12, and 14 and sometimes i wouldn't mind if i couldn't hear......if you know what i mean!

No, it is the same car. What Dickie shared with us before the season was that on one day he was still the driver going into this year, and two days later Tate told him that he felt he should get to "choose the driver". A few days later he was told another driver had come to Roberts with someone in tow who would be able to chip in some $$. At that point, Dickie was out of the ride. One would assume (which we all know what that can lead to) that the driver was Darland and the chipper-inner was Bruce Leer. How accurate that is, I have no clue. I only know that's what was shared with us.

No kidding. Folks around us seemed happy to be there and I personally was having a blast watching the Darland/Clauson/Clayton/Coons/Stanbrough gaggle change position in practically every turn
