More... * LEFFLER MEMORIAL POSTPONED TO FRIDAY DUE TO RAIN Wayne City, IL........Thursday night's 4th "Jason Leffler Memorial" USAC National Midget race at Wayne City, Ill. has been postponed to Friday due to heavy rains and wet grounds. The race, co-sanctioned by POWRi, retains the same timetable (pits open at noon, front gates open at 5, hot laps start at 6 and racing begins at 7). * * |

that sucks. I'm guessing that means no Rico larson Pittman or stenhouse. it might be good news for daum though he is tough at that track.

As for Larson and Stenhouse, I'd say they could still run tomorrow, unless they had plans to run with the outlaws in Kansas. I'm sure Rico will put go with the WoO, but it will undoubtedly still be a great night of racing with a lot of big names still in the house. |

Steve. Rico Stenhouse and Larson all have their nascar practices tomorrow afternoon. Gardner I don't hold my breath. There has been several times over the last two years he has been on a pre entry list to race in Midwest then doesn't show. Sucks because I'm a big fan of his. Hopefully he proves me wrong this time.

We got a pot load and a half of rain about an hour and half North West of Wayne City. How was it down there and do you think it was bad enough for tomorrow to be cancelled too? I called in a day today and I am thinking about calling in a day tomorrow but it would suck to call in two days in a row and still not see any racing.
