The race scheduled for this Friday has been moved to Sunday due to predicted weather conditions. Saw this on Cannon McIntosh facebook.

Good call IMO, one has to wonder if any other racing organizations have thought about doing this or even have Sunday as a secondary date.

Sunday is the World of Outlaws at Haubstadt, so I seriously doubt that is an option for either day at Terre Haute.

Kirk I guess that depends on if Sargent thinks he will get any fans or not. From USAC's point of view I would think they would want to get the race in if Sargent is willing to run. Or am I off base there.

What does the WoO running at TSS have to do with a possible Sunday race @ THAT?

Rain dates sound good in theory, but usually are a push/failure for the promoter. The only exception is during a speed week situation and you had a large demand already for the event. I would think that a late season day in October is not the best chance for success.

Nothing, just give it a shot next Friday if tomorrow doesn't pan out.
