Raffling off a 2006 maxim

Raffling off a 2006 maxim sprint roller. 51 tickets being sold at $100 a ticket. Payment will be accepted after raffle is filled! Will post this in classifieds soon.

I'm pretty sure there are legal complications to a private party raffling off a used item for profit. About a year ago a buddy of mine was trying to raffle off his used matco tool box(the same way that you are with x amount of tickets at y$ per ticket) I'm pretty sure the raffle ended not a day after he posted it with him claiming that he was informed that it was illegal. Which sucked because I was trying to buy a ticket. I'm not saying that it is or not, but I'd suggest you do some digging around and see if there are indeed laws against it.
