Farmer City Raceway
Farmer City, Illinois 2015 Schedule now posted: http://www.farmercityracing.com <> click on schedule They do have a payout list for the sprints in 2015 so my guess is they are waiting for all the Indiana sprint car tracks to post all their schedules before they added them to their 2015 schedule.

Care to expand on that statement just a bit?
I live fairly close to Farmer City, that's what drives my interest.

Sprint Cars are not listed in the full show, but will you let sprints run on the test days?

They always let sprints and even midgets practice on test days.
Yesterday at the Midwest Speed Expo at the Springfield Mile there was big discussion about running sprint cars. They have a meeting Wed and they hope to decide then. They are aware of the Gas City situation, and aware of a couple new local cars. The thing is, they need to hear from both racers and fans that want to be there. Until yesterday they have heard little. Remember, this is a fairboard trying to keep racing alive at their own facility. This promoting thing is new to all of them. Please, let them hear from you. |

We are interested just because it is an option on Friday night, the only problem is the full show runs 5 classes already so adding a 6th would make make for a long night plus the fact that us indy guys have a time change on the way back which would put us home even later.

The Illini Racing Series midgets are thrilled to have two shows at Farmer City in 2015. 2014 saw a thrilling duel as Patrick Bruns edged Mike Anderson in the final laps to take victory in the fair race.
