While I hope LPS gets a great car and crowd turnout both nights, I’m confused. I thought the Indiana Governor’s plan was permitting 50% capacity at racetracks starting next weekend? Why is Bloomington Speedway an exception? We don’t live in IN anymore, so I don’t always know what is going on up there, but seems like the Speedway is being singled out?
