The Dirt Oval on Route 66 is a premier facility. All asphalt spectator parking, the seating is as comfortable as is to be found. The track should be seasoned better than last year and the guys have had time to figure out what works the best regarding track preparation thus all indications are it should be racier.

Not sure to what degree the weekend NASCAR activities north across Schweitzer Road will affect crowd size but hopefully, either way, this event is well attended. We're less than an hour from the track and in recent years there haven't been many USAC midget events that close to home. We hope the tradition continues well into the future!

See ya'll there.
