Nope, you're wrong according to USAC rules. Silver Crown engines, according to the rules, cannot measure larger than 360 c.i. (not 355 c.i.). Also, the Silver Crown engine block can be aluminum but teams are mandated to add 70 lbs. between the front and rear engine plates on the lower frame rails if aluminum engine blocks are utilized.
