Yes, nice to see some names from the past. I actually worked with Sonny Ates, kinda, he worked at Mahan Ford, in Columbus, In, and I worked at Harrison Motors, also a Ford dealer, in the early 50's, and I don't remember Sonny ever saying anything about racing, he was all business at work.
