BTW, I have never seen a winged car race at Eldora. I saw the first WoO championship in 1978, but they were wingless then. I am going to both nights of the Four Crown this year since Steve Kinser is cutting back on his schedule, so I will finally see a winged car race.
Yes they stopped selling them for many years. Before, the track was profiting off the other half. Now the track donates the other half to a charity. Common charities are food banks, children's hospitals, and the tony Stewart foundation.
