The cars of today are vastly superior. Much more than the early ones, they evolved with time, trial and air. I am not ready to buy an electric car. We need more time to perfect it, and create better infrastructure. One thing is for sure, eventually we will run out of oil. I would rather have something in place before we do. Rather than pass that problem on to my grand kids.
By the way, none of this has anything to do with IndyCars. They already run on renewable fuel, and have since the Sachs-McDonald crash.
