Richie Tobias Jr. will make a return to USAC Silver Crown competition this coming October at the Syracuse Mile. Toby has re-acquired his former DuQuoin "Ted Horn 100" winning chassis and is currently in the process of re-assembling the car. This is the same chassis that he finished 2nd to JJ Yeley with during USAC's last visit to Syracuse.
