The 4 heat races last night were about as good as heats get. How about a young man winning a heat race pulling in with an open trailer and a bunch of youngsters wrenching on the car. Excellent racing in the feature with people running both high and low. Grant is the new master of the cushion at Kokomo (used to be DD). He was the only car that seemed smooth up top, everyone else was banging around it. Charles, I must disagree with you. I think the winner will come from one of Grant, Leary, or Cummins. Cummins and Leary have not been on top of their game thus far but if it is a rim runner of a race I like my odds with one of those guys.
