If push vehicles is the hang up NO PROBLEM!!!!
Focus Midgets and some Ecotecs have starters and clutches, the gear ratio is so low there that a racer could start the car with his starter, (most ecotec have starters right,) with the car in gear and chuggle on off to start the race.
Now all we have to do is tell them damn Motorcycle Midgets to pick up the pace or get off the pot, Dang it.
