The woman I spoke with today was apologetic, she was kind and I must give credit to that. However it abruptly changed when I was accused of hanging up on who I assume is her son resulting in the cancelling of my order. I did have to hang up while on hold for Mr. Douglas but I think an 84 year old grand mother trumps race car parts! haha
