This just shows how much the body and belts can stretch in a hard impact. Keeping your shoulder belt mounting location as close to your shoulders, and not to far down the back of the seat is one way to help reduce the total amount stretch. For every inch of material, you have a percentage of stretch. The father the belts are away from beind your shoulders, the more stretch you have. Mikes are mounted close, and you can still notice the stretch he went through. Glad to talk to Mike afterwards and see him come out of this with no injuries. He also had a big thank you for his Hans.
