I just thought I'd put it out to any Waynesfield competitors that just a few hours up the road into the Great White North the OTS is racing at South Buxton Raceway tomorrow night. South Buxton is a great 1/4 mile track with 5 corners (one in the middle of the front straight) and is known sometimes as the "Devil's D". Payout will be in Canadian funds which you will get more for it when you turn it into US funds at the Duty Free at the border on your way home. Today's exchange rate is $1.0945 US for a Canadian dollar which means after the Duty Free takes a couple of points for the exchange service you'll likely get somewhere around $1.07 US for your Canadian winnings. Tomorrow night pays $300.00 CDN to start and $1200.00 CDN to win. Heats are 8 laps and the feature is 25. There's no membership to buy, no spec tire rule and we're an open engine group. South Buxton Raceway is about a 45 minute drive East of Detroit/Windsor along the 401 hwy. So come on up and race with some Canucks and some MI teams, have some fun and make some new friends!
