If nothing else, it was an entertaining night at Waynesfield. Recky Lewis was fast enough to win but he threw a couple questionable sliders on a couple guys that really detracted from what should have been an amazing 10th to 1st run. In victory lane he said that he thought the Dues contact was a racing deal, but he tried a slider and ended up dooring him so it was no where close to clear. The second one was Rylan Gray and on that one Lewis had a run down the backstretch to throw a slider but Gray decided to go low into 3, instead of backing off Lewis decided to push the issue and rooted him out as well. Alot of folks were upset about the pass for the lead but it looked like Hall caught the cushion and got tight at the same time as Recky slid him so it looked like it was closer than it was. Lewis was met with a loud roar of boos in victory lane but he was defiant. I think Lewis has some talent, but once is an accident and twice is a trend, I was not a fan of his methods on this night.

The 360 race was exciting to say the least, Cole Macedo was the fastest car on the track and was about to take the lead when a caution came out very early, maybe lap 7 or 8. Anyway, he had a radius rod bolt come off so he went to the work area to fix it and had to tag the tail. He made a great charge through the field to the point that he was three wide for the lead on the last lap only to come up short to Mike Keegan at the line. Oddly enough, when it has become a racing term to get Macedo'd by the aggressive youth, he made his way through the field without taking anyone out and still being aggressive. It was fun to watch.

I plan on hitting Atomic next weekend so we will see how Recky Lewis does there.
