Every sanctioning body can get around this without any sort of problem at all. Take a few tire samples from the tire company you're working with, durometer them. If some come out at 30, and some at 35, and they're the same compound, then make them have to derometer out at 30. Go buy a durometer, and after the feature is over, make them go to a designated area wait 5 minutes to cool, and durometer all over the tire. Take the 10 minutes total and gets rid of the cheaters. That's how they did it in karts, and after that we got a whole lot faster, weird huh?
