A lot of us have racing items that are special to us. Sometimes other people just don't get it. After speaking at Jimmy McElreath's funeral I was gifted his Goodyear Racing jacket. I was probably more excited about the dirt clod I found in the pocket than the jacket itself. The dirt clod is now in a ziplock bag in the pocket. I often wonder which track it came from.

Drivers like Bobby Unser and Johnny Rutherford never threw anything away. And for that I am thankful. Mainly because I have been asked to place their collections with fans looking to add to their own special items.

February 2, in conjunction with Kraft Auctions based in Valparaiso, IN, we will have 1,200+ lots from the Bobby Unser Estate, Johnny Rutherford’s private collection, and over two dozen other collectors.

More info at KraftAuctions.com.

Here are a few photos of items that will be up for auction. I placed over 900 lots from my customers and I made sure there were items that everyone could afford, from decals to t-shirts. Enjoy!
