Winchester date was the way they (USAC/Bacon) Originally wanted it the first year to reflect the old boarder wars races.
That year the 2 for 2 races were run double show on Saturday after they couldn't get the Outlaws to play at 2 am after rain delays and USAC guys got track worked in .WOO said it was to fast if I remember correctly.
Sunday's Winchester race was called off on Thursday before we even got to Eldora.
This year USAC tried to run Terre Haute Sunday after Eldora 2 for 2 but got rained out.
Was nice going to Winchester then all sprint week.
Hope weather lets us race in early May 2024.
