As for Kokomo...yes this may negatively impact the Nonwing Sprint car count at Kokomo, but highly unlikely it impacts the entire race and show. Kokomo Speedway celebrates Independence Day every year on July 3rd. Outside of Nonwing Sprints, they also showcase Modifieds and Thunder Cars. It is also known as The Dave Crow Classic. It is a big deal to people in and around Kokomo and involved with the track. It will likely be one of the highest car counts outside of Nonwing Sprints and outside of The Kokomo Klash for Stock cars the entire season.

Lots of people and families with children go to this race and show. Along with an amazing Fireworks show, and hopefully not having a rainout, Kokomo will be a packed house and put on a phenomenal show as always.

Happy Independence Day and 4th of July to all, regardless which track you go watch racing at. Best of luck and wishes in a speedy recovery to anyone and any tracks involved with damages from the recent storms.
