Roth Motorsports IS NOT suspended from competition, but is also fined $10k, and 1000 owner points. The fine must be paid before they can compete again.
The way the story is written, it sounds like Reutzel was the person who admitted to the use of the illegal chassis and the attempt(s) to “slip” the illegal chassis by the inspection process. There is no mention of the impact to race results of prior races.
