We put together a quick newsletter covering the first-ever ASCS Midget Oklahoma div. event at the Tulsa Shootout. Several good photos are included along with results and other reports from the race. You can view the newsletter by visiting our website.

The top finishng ECOtec driver without a pre-arranged ride for the Chili Bowl earns a spot in the big race, with Emmett Hahn himself paying expenses. With the top five finishers (Kevin Bayer, Gary Taylor, Bryan Clauson, Kevin Ramey and Chett Gherke) already having rides, the honor goes to Scott Sawyer from Broken Arrow, OK.. driving for Steven Hampton.

If you are going to the Chili Bowl, please stop by and check out the ASCS / RRE Chevy ECOtec Midget. We will have Brian Thomas' car on display in the ASCS booth, and of course Sawyer's car will be in the pits.

See you there!
