Does anyone know that if you get a pit pass, does that allow you into the stands also? Will the pit pass let you roam the fair also?

We had 4 tickets but 2 couldn't go. So we let 2 go back to the Chili Bowl. We have had these tickets for about 18 or 19 years. Not real sure how they decided who went.
