I'd submit that USAC's biggest hurdle to creating a coherent schedule is that they're running three series with largely the same core group of drivers and officials.

Wilmot is an hour or so from Chicago, Milwaukee, and Rockford. I'd say it has more to do with that than the facility.

I went to a USAC race there in 1994, so they've also been at it a while.
