Every track or sanction should have all required forms available to either fill out on-line or to print-out if an actual signature is needed.
Some can possibly to done afterwards but I wouldn’t set...

We get there early, buy Pit Passes, cross the Track to park in the Infield, wander the pits, stand in Turn 1 for Practice & Qualifying and go up to sit in the Grandstand for the Race. Have fun! Wish...
