Re: Different winners in USAC

I don't agree or disagree however...A certain pass at the line I remember very fondly from last season, came from a little knob turning before a restart.

ďAs soon as it went yellow, Iím like,...

Re: usac this weekend.

Yup, that's correct. He was in a 5 car but it was black. Windom won that night in 2010. The turn 1 fence still hasn't recovered from Brady Bacon's violent flip into it in the midget too.

Re: Who's all headed to Missouri for USAC?

I'll be there with bells on! Introducing a few friends to their first ever race, and exposing a few others to their first USAC sprint show. Looking to get out of work early and get to the track...

Yep that's right. Last year was the first time Pevely was scheduled. Makes so much more sense to do the 2-day weekend. Hopefully it can thrive, survive, and be a yearly fixture on the USAC sprint...

Re: usac this weekend.

Aaand cancelled the year before that. I did notice though that these two races are $6,000 to win and $600 to start though (as opposed to the typical $5,000 to win and $500 to start). Almost an extra...

Re: USAC: #LETSRACETWO WITH USAC AND WoO LIVE ON DIRTVISION

Bacon is the only confirmed one I know of as of yet. And Dooling/Hayward tweeted out a picture of a wing car with Thomas on the wing cap so KTJ as well? Or just Haubstadt lol...

Re: Question?

That's kind of surprising. I hadn't heard F1 wasn't going to be on NBC anymore. Hopefully they have some analysts lined up that know what they're talking about over at ESPN. They're not exactly known...

Re: Rico abreu

I'm with you. That'd be great if it were true because then we wouldn't be out of one more quality ride, but I just don't see Rico doing that much topless. He's made it clear that winged stuff was...

Re: Shamrock Classic - March 10th

Do NOT get gas at the Shell next door lol. Go a half mile down the road to the Citgo where it's usually at least 10 cents cheaper. They try to gouge you being right off of 64 and all.

Re: 2018 cars and drivers

Yup. He raced a midget at the Chili Bowl and his ultimate goals are to get to Nascar. Gotta get that name out there and diversify. Surprised he wouldn't be trying wing stuff but he is an Indiana kid...

Re: POWRi WAR Sprints 2018 Schedules POSTED.....

Easy there man, I was just kidding. I also forgot last year there was a WAR race on the same day so it was a stupid comment overall. And I never said I was going to Haubstadt lol...I've still got my...

WAR at Haubstadt on the 9th with MSCS isn't lol? Making me think about my return trip to Knoxville again this year.

Re: Du Quoin December Indoor

I meant to ask Levi when I saw him but totally spaced it. Apparently Nick wasn't even aware of the change so still holding out hope it's a typo.

Re: Du Quoin December Indoor

That's what I was tuned in on for most of the feature. So much so that I kinda missed Golobic making up all of those positions. Some guys really charged up through the field in this one and that...

Re: 2018 USAC National Schedule

Yeah same here. It would definitely be tight, and seeing how much banging the LM's did at that race last year, i'm afraid there would alot of contact with the non-wing cars. Plus I think midgets...

I'm hoping it's just a typo.

Did anyone see the video of Landon Simon hotlapping his midget, wing car, and sprint car in the Dome? Said they were looking for "feedback" and basically the sky is...

Re: USAC: 56 ENTRIES FILED FOR JUNIOR KNEPPER 55 AT Du QUOIN

It's a pretty cool event. Last years race wasn't as good as past years IMO but it's still an entertaining race. If nothing else it helps scratch that itch a bit before the season starts.

Re: 2018 USAC National Schedule

Yeah I guess that makes sense but at the same time, I didn't notice any drop off in fans last year. I'm sure there were some that might usually go to Du Quoin just because it was the only racing...

Re: Usac: Grant goes to topp for 2018 usac national sprint c

Yes and Tim was involved as part of the crew as well so there's that connection too, so I can see the confusion.

Re: Usac: Grant goes to topp for 2018 usac national sprint c

So Bacon will still be in the 63 and Sunshine will be in a completely new ride with Newman in the ownership along with Clauson-Marshall? If i'm reading into this correctly, looks like we just gained...
