I think this has a lot to do with Chip...He never has paid top dollar for his drivers...this is way he can separate himself without looking cheap...He could not or would not get into a bidding war...

at LPS it was axle but, hasn't engine broke at least two other times this year...

Rumor I heard was Bloomington was going to run some PowerI races, Usac did not like them getting foothold in Indiana so USAC leased track..and with Spiker taking over Paragon, his only real option...

I believe the Rumble issues are the cars have gotten to good,,just too fast and field is to even when you start only 15. In the non wing 600's a few years ago the rules were changed to get more of...

Plymouth isn't ideal by any means ..surface is a mess...and there was a midget week race at Kamp...Tony Barhorst(from FTW Rumble) was promoter, had a dragon car eater there for intermission...

I don't mind going to Kokomo,,but always a but...Gas City had an agreement to be sold but OConners would not give up Sprint Week date last year or for next year so at least one deal for Gas City fell...
