Alot of the new dirt Beast cars are 4 bar cars. The car that Bobby East has been running is a 4 bar.

The first UMRA race I attended was in 1976 at Rushville. I think Sam Brand won. Sandy can you confirm this?

My favorite memories are from the early 80's fair weeks. There was a groop of us that would travel the entire week and camp together. I remember a night at the Columbus KOA when I was about 12 yrs....

I once heard a story that Earl Baltes had started on a 1 mile track adjacent to Eldora and had changed his mind and abandoned it. I dismissed this as a legend. Google Earth has always been blurry...

My first racing t shirt was from the 1981 Knoxville Natioinals. My dad and Allan Wilkinson brought it back to me. I think that Knoxville was still a non wing race then. (?)
