Do you have the book - The Kurtis Kraft Story by Ed Hitze. There are also 2 books on Kurtis Kraft Midgets by serial number and photos. You may find it in either case.

The USAC office in Indianapolis can give you copy of the decal. I got the one for my champ car for 1964 as well as a tech sticker for the Indy 500 in 1964

id you ever get an answer and find the serial number? Mine was on the small right side frame member seen from inside the cockpit under the dash. Apparently they may also be on the tail frame member...

These rims were seen on GT40s and Cobra cars among other sports racing cars. The pins were shorter than INDY, and Sprint cars and didn't come through the rim.
