Re: A question for the race track chasers

Updated my list and using the TrackChaser guidelines, my new total is now 95 tracks. It was a lot more fun that I thought it was going to be to research some of the old tracks. It also brought up a...

Re: A question for the race track chasers

Did not know that there was a group with rules. Will have to work on my list this afternoon. By using the rules listed my count will go up, but for the race chaser group it may go down. There...

A question for the race track chasers

So, I know many of us keep records on all of the tracks we have visited. (My number is 93), but I have some questions about how you classify some situations.

1. The race track has two tracks at...

Re: A Big Old Half Mile Reopening

It was featured on one of Dale Jr's. Lost Speedway series. Quite honestly, I know that it has a history, but I don't understand why someone would want to bring it back to life. It seemed like...

Re: POWRi WAR Sprint League - 2024 Schedule

Paducah is 6 hours away from Kansas City. I hope they have another group that is going to help with the wingless car count.

Re: POWRi West Midget League - 2024 Schedule

I guess I will be making a return trip to Nevada.

This is definitely testing my love affair with midgets.

Re: Chili Bowl format

I would not change a thing. I know a lot of people want to move the lower mains to Friday. If they did this, many fans would stay away. Knoxville had issues getting people to Friday for many...

Re: Midwest Wingless Racing Association - 2024 Schedule

I guess it is all depends on where you start from. :31:

Lucas Oil and Lake Ozark are usually 2.5 to 3 hours for me. Also both tend to do a lot of farming at intermission which can drag a show...

Re: Midwest Wingless Racing Association - 2024 Schedule

This is not the old WAR series. This series split off from WAR several years ago. It appeared that WAR wanted to grow regionally and MWRA wanted to stay closer to the Kansas City base. When you...

Re: 2024 POWRi National Midget League

I don't know which is stranger. The fact that POWRi buried this headline on releasing it on the day that it did with so many people on vacation and consumed with Christmas. Or the fact that they...

Re: Angell Park Speedway - Sun Prairie, WI - 2024 Schedule

Normally, if I saw a schedule like this, I would be ecstatic with the diversity and number of big shows at the track. For most tracks, this would be considered an outstanding schedule. However,...

Re: IndyCar's Future

You guys are not paying attention to the world around you. GM's vision is to be all electric by 2035. They are making decisions to support that vision.

Re: IndyCar's Future

If you follow the press releases for GM, it is obvious where they are going. They have stated a vision of being all electric by 2035. Will they make their target or will they have to delay is yet...

Re: IndyCar's Future

At some point relatively soon, a series will go all electric. Win on Sunday sale on Monday still applies. GM stated vision is to have an all electric fleet by 2035.

Re: Xtreme Dirt Midget Association (DMA) - 2024 Schedule

Is anyone as confused by this post as I am? I am guessing that they used to be a sub series of USAC and now are a sub series of Xtreme? It is funny that they use their legacy website in the press...

Re: Usac: Turkey night grand prix usac midget results: Nov.

So, I will split this opinion with you. The race that hooked me on midgets was seeing them race at the Belleville High Banks. To watch them at that track was mesmerizing. The hair stands up on...

Re: 2024 SCHEDULE: Xtreme Outlaw Midgets

**Conspiracy Theory Alert** So, I wonder if Shane Stewart promoting a High Limit race at Lakeside is the reason that Xtreme is not back at Port City. It seemed to be a staple on their tour the...

Re: High Limit Buys All Star Circuit of Champions.

A couple of thoughts.....

While Brad and Kyle are the faces of High Limit, I have always thought that Flo was the money.
Why would Flo want to have High Limit and All Stars combine? To...

Re: Lynk chassis

After reading some posts on Twitter, I thought that Keith had moved the Lynk chassis building inside of KKM. I had also wondered if they were proprietary or if anyone could purchase one.

I...

Re: Usac: Cannon resets, joins cb industries for rest of 202

A little surprised that this didn't get any attention. Not often that you get fired from you Dad's team. Must have been a good split since he ended up in a good rent a ride program.

Re: xtreme midgets

I am not ready to give up on Xtreme midgets. They need to learn some lessons from this year's schedule. Run the smaller tracks. Stay in areas where there are cars to draw from. I think there...
