I'm referring to a 4 piston caliper being more aggressive than a 1 or 2 piston design which is the standard on most sprint cars.

LF brake caliper question

Occasionally I'll see a smaller 4 piston caliper on the LF on a nonwing sprint car. Has anyone out there seen any benefit to this? Maybe get a tight car turned on a dry slick track?

The gap is normal nowadays for weight savings. The floor pan usually wraps up the front to take up the gap. Typically the lightened side of the motor plate gets installed facing forward though.

Coilover info needed

Looking for manufacturer and or part number for the 4x4 style rubber boots that will fit over dirt car coilover assemblies. Large body shocks with 2 1/2 springs.
