It was too muddy on the inside of the front stretch for the crews to start and move out of harms way. They also moved the work area from the front stretch to outside of 3 & 4 due to the mud.

I think the clutch's are illegal once more. The biggest challenge you would face running a silver crown is getting that thing to turn on the tight corners. You likely wouldn't make the 33 car field...
