I've called the current manufacturers of Frankland rears as well as Jamie Frankland, who's family owned Frankland back in the day. I actually got the pictures of the needed parts from Jamie.

MTS (Michigan Traditional Sprints) also do not allow cockpit adjusters. And since there's no rule banning them, I believe they allow electronic bleeders also.
