The pack track with the sprint car tires just blew both left side tires while trying to repack the track. It also looked like he lost his drive shaft in turn two and it was sticking straight up.
39 sprints but the track is in bad shape. Seems to be very soft. They got the tractor out before the heats started and a handful of cars still flipped.
I sat right behind the flag stand about 7 rows up and there were rocks all night long. Going to a dirt race, I expect to be hit by something throughout the night.

I have a feeling we probably won’t see the 40+ midget car counts for Indiana Midget Week anymore. Between the costs of being competitive and the growing wing sprint ranks, it just doesn’t look good.
I went the second night of the Allstars race and it was in pretty good shape. I agree that at first view it seems a little small but those guys were moving good in the feature.
I had to park almost to County Road 300 N, which is about a half mile away, for the show in October. Just don’t show up at hot laps and you will be fine. I’m planning on going but will be late again....
