I ended up re-installing the stumble valve and put the BV back to 21%, the thing was a jet, thanks again for the advice. Then the brakes broke ....

Thanks for the feedback, the rotor on this has only done about 6 nights, if that's the shelf life then brakes will become the most expensive consumable on the car. Will be checking them a lot more...
